Benicia ACS/RACES Simulated Emergency Test (S.E.T.)

(Auxiliary Communication Service / Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service)

On January 29, 2005 the City of Benicia held a Simulated Emergency Test of its Amateur Radio Operators and equipment. Approximately 25 radio hams and volunteers participated. You may review the scenario at this link. Photos taken in the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) appear below.
