The Benicia Citizen Corps Council is interested in creating a Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) of medical professionals residing in Benicia. The mission of this group would be to provide emergency medical assistance following a major disaster when their ability to report to a hospital is denied due to infrastructure failure.
