April will be a very busy month.
The Chief is attempting to pack as much into April as possible.

Farmers market schedule discussion put off for March meeting.
Red Cross CPR Saturday is March 11 in Vacaville. It's free but
reso's needed. www.bayarea-redcross.org .
Leslie will setup Shelter training with Churches via Jerry.
City Department Head training at EOC on April 25th. Not a tabletop
exercise but more of training a class followed by hands-on trials
at their assignments in the EOC room.
BERT mapping overlay project being addressed by BSG and Larry
Shaw for future review.
BERT Guest Speaker series March 6th, Bob Powell from OES will
talk.
ACS/RACES drill and antenna reports delivered. Need for some erase-eaze
and cork boards and a digital clock, approx $100, approved on
a reimbursement basis.
Another drill anticipated April/May.
ACS digital radio system allowing for email by ham radio to OES
and MC-2 now up and running.
Neighborhood Watch had some new neighborhood meetings in January.
BERT classes 10 and 11 are full. Few people on waiting list. DVD
still planned for April unveiling.
Nothing to report from Vol Fire.
MRC, PD and Houses of Worship reps could not make the meeting.
Next meeting to accommodate the Chief's vacation during the last half of March will be March 15th, Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM at the EOC.
